L’any hidrològic, a la nostra terra, comença el dia 1 de octubre i acaba el 30 de semptembre. Utilitzem aquest métode per intentar reflexar de la manera més representativa el règim de precipitacions de les nostres conques hidrogràfiques. El principi de l’any hidrològic concideix, per lo general, amb el mínim anual del sistema hídric després del sec estiu, i és el moment on comença la recàrrega amb les plujes de tardor.
Feta esta introducció, peguem una mirada al informe preliminar que AEMET ha fet sobre l’any hidrològic 2010/2011.
Com veiem les precipitacions han estat per sobre de la mitjana a la meitat S de la penínisula, així com a les Illes Canàries i algunes zones de Catalunya, Castella i Lleó i Asturies. A la resta, les precipitacions han estat iguals o més escasses que la mitjana. Així, diu l’informe que si la precipitació mitjana per al conjunt d’Espanya és de 649 mm, l’any hidrològic 2010/2011 ha registrat una quantitat de 675 mm, un 4% sobre la mitjana.
Si ens centrem en la nostra província, obtenim que la precipitació en aquest any hidrològic ha sigut de 433 mm, un número molt proper a la mitjana (442mm). Més exacte, gairebé impossible. Aquestes son dades de l’estació oficial de AEMET a Castelló. Esperem que el proper octubre puguem fer analisis de l’any hidrològic amb les dades de VilMeteo.
